I had a set on my FB before I put my Rinehart 2-1 on. I thought they were pretty good. Well made and sound good. As a matter of fact, I still have the old pipes in my shed.

I have a set of the Rhinehart Staggared Short Shots. They sound good from where I sit especially when your on the throttle. However, I have been told by a friend who was riding behind me one day, that when I back off the throttle they sound like a wrench hitting my spokes. I guess that is what people describe as "tinny". I am not sure of the performance differences because they were on the bike when I bought it, they're paid for, and I seem to go down the road just fine so i haven't changed them out to know a difference.

I recommend the Rinehart Crossbacks ... excellent pipes!

Bubs are good stuff. Never heard anything bad about them. They have a LOUD sound to them too. If they are inexpensive get them and resell them if you don't like them.

I had them on my 06 VStar 1100 and they sounded great. I have some vance and hines on my Heritage and I would say they sound very similar.

I might be corrected but I think Bub and Reinhardt are the same company.
