replace slip ons with 2 -1
i have a 2011 softail with se air filter,255 cams,and rush 2 inch baffle slip on mufflers.tuned with a power commander in has 80 hp at 4800 and 92 lbs torque at 3800.would there be any real increase in hp,say 3 to 4 or 5 to 6 lbs torque by switching to a 2 into 1 exhaust.just want power in the 2000 to 4500 range.

I think a 2 into would definitely benefit your set up. I do not know what the nubmers change would be, but it will benefit you for sure! I like the fatcat, but there are a lot of options to choose from. Some of the others include ThudnerHeader, V&H 2 into 1, Rinehart 2 into 1, Bassani Road rage, and the list goes on.

Don't know about the slip ons , but I talked with the Vance & Hines people at Sturgis about replacing my big shot longs & quiet baffles with the new pro pipe chrome, and they told me I would not see any performance gains, or not enough to justify the cost any way. I'm sure they would have liked to sell me a pipe ,but at least they didn't blow smoke up my azz and lie to me. Still might get one though it would probably be the fatcat.
