Default '02 fxsti won't start after security system use

I've had the security system on for a couple weeks and my bike just cranks over but won't start. This is the 2nd time this has happened, the 1st time it eventually started, but today, it just ran down the battery. I realize there is a constant drain on the battery by the security system and hope the battery was not providing enough juice to fire properly. Anyone else experience the same thing?

Yep... put a trickle charger on the bike if you leave it sitting for more than a few days... extends battery life.

If the trickle charger shows the battery to be fully charged and your bike is not starting... then the next check is for a spark at each of the plugs. Rather than me writing what has been written a thousand times... google or bing "how to check for a spark at the plug" and follow directions. I am assuming that you checked to make sure your gas tank has gas in it and your petcock is in the run position.......

Drain on the battery and flooding were the 2 culprits, finally started late last night.

I have a 2002 softail with an alarm and the smart siren on it. I have never had an issue with it starting as a result of either. You might want to make sure your battery cables are tight, the battery ground is tight, relays are connected firmly, etc.
