05 Fatboy with K&N, Screamin Eagle II slip ons and a PC3.
Happened a couple of times. Riding down the road and the engine shuts down with no warning. Lights are all working, starter button does nothing. Pull over, cycle the kill switch and ignition. Starts right up with no problem.
Any thoughts?

Check your run/stop switch since I thought I remember hearing the contacts can corrode/arc. Also check the connectors on the PC3 and ECM to make sure there are clean and tight.
I have a 2000 Fatboy and went thru the same issue this summer. It would cut out when riding and would restart after cycling the ignition switch. My issue turned out to be broken wiring and a bad bank angle sensor. I think the newer bikes have the BAS built into the turn signal units and I don't know if they are an issue, but if the lights are still on and it starts after cycling the switch, I would look there after checking all your grounds.
