Go for the bone stock bike, 800 miles damm.

I agree with everyone--buy the 800 mile bike. In April I bought an 06 deluxe with 896 miles on it. It was bone stock but that allowed me to do what I wanted to do. Good luck and have fun.

I echo everyone else and think you should get the one with 800 miles. With the $1,500 you're saving, you can customize how you want it.

I bought my first bike two years ago - an 05 Deluxe with 10.7k mi, bags, WS, engine guard, sissy bar, upgraded passenger seat and passenger boards, SE pipes - and have loved every minute of it! I haven't had any problems with it, other than the back of the aux lamp switch getting wet in a 12 hr ride in the rain, which blew the filaments and fuse, which were easy/minor fixes. The only things I've added to the bike are highway pegs and about 7k miles.
