Here you have them, but unless you are a seasoned mechanic, I would spend the $ and get myself a service manual. You can get them on ebay at reduced prices if you don't want to make the dealer happy. This is not a simple job and you will need some special tools.

Pivot shaft nut 90-110 ft-Ibs 122-149 .1 Nm

Rear axle nut 60-65 ft-lbs 81.3-88 .1 Nm do not exceed 65 ft-lbs (88.1 Nm)

Clutch diaphragm spring retainer bolts 90-110 in-Ibs 10.2-12.4 Nm metric

Clutch hub nut 70-80 ft-Ibs 94.9-108 .5 Nm left hand threads, apply two drops of LOCTITE THREADLOCKER 262 (red) to last few threads

Compensating sprocket bolt 155-165 ft-Ibs 210.1-223.7 Nm apply two drops of LOCTITE THREADLOCKER 262 (red) to threads

Primary chain tensioner fasteners 21-24 ft-Ibs 28.5-32.5 Nm

Primary chaincase sealing fasteners 25-27 ft-lbs 33.9-36 .6 Nm Special sequence to tighten

Primary cover fasteners 108-120 in-lbs 12.2-13.6 Nm special sequence to tighten

Transmission lockplate screws 84-108 in-Ibs 9.5-12.2 Nm LOCTITE patch, use 3-5 times

Transmission sprocket nut 100 ft-Ibs 135.6 Nm right hand threads , initial torque only, apply several drops of LOCTITE THREADLOCKER 271 (red) to last few threads

Would it be safe to assume the same specs aplly to all softails 2000 and later?

Not really ... just checked and the compensating sprocket bolt for the 2009 is different, and within 2009 the rockers have a different torque on that bolt than the other softails ...

The rear axle nut on the 2009s is also not the same.
