I'm replacing the turn signal lighting on an '89 Softail that was modified by a previous owner. So far, I do not have running light function at the rear turn signals. The fronts are working as running lights so before I waste time trying to diagnose a problem, can anyone tell me if the stock rear signals are supposed to function as running lights on this bike?
