I've used Engine Degreaser on my motor to get rid of baked on stains, like when riding in rain and dirt and water have used the engine heat to bake on the stain. I wet the motor (cool motor) first and then using a toothbrush sprayed with the engine degreaser to scrub at the stains. DO NOT get the engine degreaser on your paint! It takes some time but my motor looks good.
I then use S100 after the motor is rinsed off to complete the cleaning.
