The MoCo used to sell those things. I tried one at a free HD bike wash at Daytona. It sucked. It took lots of effort to spin the front wheel. I couldn't get to the back to turn it...As said before, just buy a jack and lift both wheels at once. Or at least buy a one ended stand like this. A local guy made mine for about 35 bucks.
Hi,
I have one almost identical as that, not the same manufacturer, but it does actually work on the side stand, you just have to keep it completely in line with the tire. Works good for cleaning and lubing chain too.. Just so that you have some idea about it, the more vertical the bike is the less it tends to want to track off to the sides. I just turn the wheel by hand as I need to move it.
Hope that helps some
My first thought was that would be cool to have, but it looks like it would take longer to get the wheels up on that thing than it would to just move the bike 2 feet to finish cleaning the wheels.
I had one and gave it to a buddy. If the bike is upright in a wheel chock it would work fine, but leaning over on the kick stand the wheel walks to the edge when you turn it and jams against the side of the unit.
