1996 stater issues
A friend of mine has a 1996 Fatboy Harley and starter went out so instead of buying new one he had it rebuilt he states so now every now and again does not start has to boost it but does do but maybe once every thirty starts my question is would it be the starter cause when it turns on it runs great
