Lookin good so far. No one is going to confuse your bike with a stocker.
Have you guys decided on the look for the tank?
I hope not just a sportser look.

It's going to be a handcrafted tank. I gave some ideas on what I'm looking for, but I gave him enough room for artistic design so I'm not even 100% what it's going to look like. Guess we'll all just have to wait

I gave the painter ideas and once they get closer to that point in the process he's going to email me some design ideas. It's most likely going to stay black with red accents (ghost flames/skulls) but maybe he'll come up with something totally different that I'll like.

I'm in freak out mode right now. I got a closeup pic of the neck (which I didn't post cause it was really blurry) and I do not see the VIN on there anywhere. The entire reason I went with this option was because by keeping the VIN intact, it's still registered as a Harley. I repeated several times that it was important for me to keep it. I dunno, maybe I'm missing something. I emailed the builder yesterday, but didn't get an answer. Guess I have to wait til Monday. If the VIN was removed, I'm going to stop the project because the purpose is defeated and look at my options.
