Have a 06 deluxe, 18 inch black carlini apes. Just put on Samson 33 inch longtails. Goin with the 21 & 16 combo on wheels. Need advice, pics or just opinions on blacking out my front end. Thinkin about powder coating the lower forks, tins, and fork kit cover. Leaving the light bar and all 3 lights chrome. Opinions if this will look good? Also thinkin about gettin the ride wrights fat daddy spokes with either black rim and chrome spokes or chrome rim with black nipples. ANY PICS would be helpful
i got black spokes chrome lip fat daddys but i think the black rim chrome spokes looks the best on all black bikes. as far as blacking out the bike do your thing man if thats what you want go for it hahahaha as you can see i liked a lil chrome and a lil blk n white
The Deluxe has the nostalgic look which means chrome. I bought full black front end a while back that i was going to put on my ride until I looked at tit closely an
As far as the wheels, either black rim and hub, or black spokes, chrome nipples black rim chrome hub, or just black spokes
I think I can see it going both ways.. the chrome is nostalgic .. but sometimes I have seen black spoke/rims with black tires that looks super nostalgic as in 40's nostalgic.
I run white walls on my bike (which is a bit of a different look) but I am planning on running full black, I am attaching an original photo with white walls and another photoshopped to show the full black tires look i am going for next.
Yeah, Im leaning towards doing the front end black. The black lowers will look good with my black apes. I like chrome too, but I like standing out from the rest of the pack. Trying to do some stuff that other people dont do or wont do. The wheels, I still like the black rim with chrome spokes and black hub. Appreciate the thoughts and pics fellas
