I'm in the process of switching the bars on my 2011 Heritage to Harley's 16" Fat Apes and Risers.
I've got the new Bars and Risers on, but am waiting for all the new extended cables and upper ABS Brake Line.

The service manual talks about needing Harley's "Digital Service Technician" but I've read where other guys have been ok without it. I'm only replacing the line between the front ABS Module and the Handlebars so I think I'll be ok (but I'm not positive).
