Can the Quick Detach Sissy Bar Co-Exist with Detach Bag Brackets?
Got the HD "Quick Detach" mounting hardware on the Fatboy (for the detachable plates with a tall sissy bar & pad)...
Question is, "Is there a Quick Detach Bag Mount" that will work with the Quick Detach Sissy bar hardware on the bike?
I would like to be able to slip both the bags & the sissy bar on & off without having to go through an involved deal...
Anybody have a set-up on their bike with a quick detachable sissy bar and a quick detach bag deal as well?
Looked at the ads for Ghost brackets & Easy brackets but it looks like they would have a conflict with the Quick Detach Sissy Bar Mounting hardware.
Thoughts?
Just visited their website.
Man somebody was thinking over there!
The installation video is as good as seeing it real time.
They have a pdf file with a diagram illustrating how the easy bracket locking channel exists outside the detachable sissy bar area (so the two systems can funtion independent of one another. For $150 bucks I can have the detachable feature for both the bags & the sissy bar. Works for me
