Thats the ride ya get when you lower a bike, add a thin walled 21" front tire and choose looks over function regarding a shield. All that bouncing and rough riding is going to make you hang on to those tall bars. And if you are cold, your body will stiffen up and not roll with it making things worse. Just sayin. Nice lookin bike though.
I hear ya .I have no problems with the front what so ever though. Its only really the rear that sends chills up my back .Even that is only on a hand full of bumps. But enough for me to raise the progressive 422's back up alittle or just buy the shotgun. You hit the nail on the head with the cold though that just amplified everything yesterday.
Haha, I know what you mean about the Coach bag, we live 30 miles away from a Coach outlet store where they know my wife by name. Got to keep them happy. KumaRide I dont complain about how my lowerd 21" sled rides, if I want warmth and comfort and a cush ride i'll jump in my truck. Maybe when I get older I'll change my mind about my lowered sled, but for now I'll prase the LOWERED. Nice bike by the way...
Same here santo. Cushy comfort, I will just have to wait for later on in life I guess. Not sayin a big decked out ultra classic is not a bad scoot its just not for me at the present time in my life. Malinger as far as your bars flexing, it does that. Mine will move a little when I ride and hit bumps and pot holes.

Cool Thanks .I really dont remember my sporty doing it that much. But the were only 14"s and 1 " diameter. The Carlinis 16's are pretty heavy and have some good leverage.Just wanted to make sure its normal,Thanks again for the piece of mind.
Melingerer, just make sure from time to time to tighten the screws on your risers also. Ive had to tighten mine once or twice. I have 18s carlinis 1 1/2 diameter, I love mine. Be safe bro, and keep the rubber on the road.

Was only responding to Malingerer's question with the hard and cold (yep, punned it lol) facts of vicla's esse. Apologies if this put any vato on the defensive. Living in a Ca. I see sleds regularly and am familiar with them. Although I see them only locally, not on the looong back road rides throughout the Sierras or the Central Valley. Again, not trying to dis any ones ride, just sharing facts.
Will be sure and wave to you from my bike when you are rolling in your truck on those colder days
Dude, your ride is so flippin cool now I cant imagine what 4 grand would make it look like.If my Deluxe even gets close to what you ride now I will smile to my grave. You dont need no sporty your **** is fine.
