Wow, to suggest this is even close to half *** is beyond me. I say it looks great how it sits. Deff one of the best on here. Get the sporty and have 2 bikes as bad *** as your Luxe.
Hope you dont mind but yes, I did save a few of your pictures to my computer. Inspiration.
Thanks and dont mind at all I did the same thing and used other members bikes as inspiration as well.I have to get some updated pics .Since those I added the head light, passing visors, chrome shift, brake levers. And a custom covered Le Pera bare bones in a white carbon look material with a purple piping and matching fender bib.The bike takes on a whole new look with those little changes.
Nice to have more than one ride. However, once I started adding up all the money I spent on insurance I decided it was't worth it. Now the cash I save on insurance pays for all the shiney things I just have to have.

My second bike isnt that much more atleast with my insurance company/policy. It only cost me about an extra $140/year. For me well worth it. No registration fees and no property taxes on it. Only cost is the cost of insurance.
Well guys this sporty is most likley a no go.I was expecting a showroom bike with only 265 miles. But it had 3 quarter size dents on the tank and numerous other scratches and imperfections through out bike.It was also very dirty and dusty. It would have most likely cleaned up real nice(except for the dents) but decided I can live with out this one. I would rather get one with more miles that was cleaned and cared for properly.Just a bad first impression and those dents kept renting space in my head and couldnt get around them.I was reassured of a few things on the trip though.I really hate the cold weather. It was about a 150 miles round trip and I took the Luxe,It was overcast, very windy and in the high 40's /low 50's in NY yesterday.I was damn cold for every one of those miles.I no longer think I have blood running through my veins but Kool Aid instead. The roads in NY are just terrible,We have pot holes that can eat small cars, one of which I hit at about 25 miles into the trip.Must have threw my *** 2-3 feet off my seat.At that point I just kept thinking how much more enjoyable this and all rides would be with the shotgun shock (from what I read).Drivers are getting worse by the minute.I mean Holy **** ,talk about not paying attention. My 16" Apes flex, what I think should be more than normal even with the poly bushings when hitting some of those ungodly road surfaces. Is this normal?Other than that it was a great trip
Well now you know first hand what your choices are right? Shotgun shocks, and new wheels here we come. I want to get shotguns and new wheels for my sled next but after adding up everything I did to it this year it's gonna have to wait. After the handl bar install I wont do anything to it for awhile. Let us know what you decide.

Thats the ride ya get when you lower a bike, add a thin walled 21" front tire and choose looks over function regarding a shield. All that bouncing and rough riding is going to make you hang on to those tall bars. And if you are cold, your body will stiffen up and not roll with it making things worse. Just sayin. Nice lookin bike though.

You got it.I try not to think about how much I spend. Its been working so far.But like you said in your cable post.I often wonder what the boiling point for my wife would be.So far Ive been able to divert her attention with a few well placed gifts of her own.Coach bag, uggz boots, michael koors watch etc.But latley every time I see her wearing that bag I'm like that women is wearing one of my Ride Wrights over her shoulder.Greedy Women LOL
