I added 2 more speakers on teh crash bar today...PIC
So
I got my new set J&M MHAS-2008's today and mounted them on the crash bar. fI used to stock mounting brackets and some clamps. I drilled a hole to mount the brackets to the crash bar and attached the speakers. I wired them into my other speakers with quick splices and off I went.
I thought this system was loud before, now it is plain ridiculous. I have to angle the lower speakers up a bit more but they give a nice surround sound effect. Here is a pic or two. I am going to run all the speaker wires internally one day, but have not done it yet.

The speakers look good on the crash bar Drew...nice touch.
Now, more importantly....lets see some pics of the 54 big dog!!! It's one of my favorite years and since you teased us with that shot that fat white wall and what looks like a cross bar hub cab......
