I want all black. Reflectors will be removed this winter when the riding season slows down a great bit. Right now, I am trying to ride every chance I get.

I know the reflectors aren't the prettiest things...but on an all black bike I think you need SOMETHING to help you be seen at night. Just my $.02.

I have pondered the thought. I do think they are pretty big and take away from the overall look and feel of the bike...

but night visibility is a big thing. Especially when you live in the foothills where you can't see around the next bend or over the next hill.

I am still undecided. I may look into removing the obvious reflectors and look into something a little more hidden but seen.

When I took my safety course, the instructor had some wicked stickers on his helmet. During the day, you could hardly see them...they blended in with the matte finish. But when he shined a flashlight on em or you hit em with some headlights in the dark......you coulda landed a 747 with em.

Check it out. The have patches and decals. Get some patches for the jacket, and some decals for the helmet and bike. During the day, you will be just another biker....but at night, you become the rolling Christmas tree......

Nice bike I like the FBLow's I would start by removing the rear seat and the reflectors. They are small enough to become an eyesore and not big enough for good visability, If your concered about night visibility (like most of us are) I would go for something more noticeable. I like the helmet sticker idea.

I just got out of the garage. Rear seat has been removed. I need to wait to remove the reflectors until I get some more goo gone to get rid of any residual glue that is left over.

I have decided the reflectors have got to go. Like you said, its nice to have the visibility but that little thing won't provide near enough and won't be seen until its entirely too late.

The helmet will be receiving the nightfire stickers. As well as a few placed on the bike in key locations. Nothing big, but something that will at least catch the eye of others on the road and make it know that I am at least there.

I also want to get rid of the rear stock tail light. I was something that will be smaller profile and won't stick off the back of the bike like a sore thumb. That and either some smoked lenses for the signals or smaller led lights.

A good lay down license plate holder will also be on the short list.

Hopefully if it don't rain tomorrow and my *** gets off work at a decent time, I'm going for a ride.

Once I get out in the sunshine, I'll snap a shot and load it up.
