Thanks. They are made by a Tack Shop on ebay named Akers Ranch. A bunch of Amish and Mennonites hand make and hand tool all this stuff. I recently ordered a matching sissy bar trunk that should be here next week. I'm pretty happy with their work. Thick a$$ saddle leather to boot. Oh, and yeah, I priced Springers lately. List price on a Paughco for my Dyna was $2,100!!! Thank GoD for me a local shop owed me a few favors and I got mine at cost, or I would have had to pass on my favorite chrome part.

Exactly correct. If you have a Softail!!! With a softail or shovelhead you have many options. Even the DNA junk for $383 on ebay. I have a Dyna. There is one, and only one company who makes a bolt on Springer for the Dyna and thats Paughco. And unfortunately, they know this. So they gouge the **** out of you if you want a Springer on the Dyna chassis. You can "make" other Springers fit a Dyna for allot less, but they require ALLOT of modification. Heres a picture of a DNA on my same bike. I was able to get it on the bike, but it never had full turning radius, rode like garbage and was a light and a chinsy Chinese part. You want a bolt-on quality Springer for a Dyna, you pay Paughco their crazy prices.
well, from everything i've been reading there are pros and cons to having a carb... which i'm fine with... will just have to get used to letting her 'warm up' i suppose...lol
plus, there seems to be some great mods for carbs... so that sort of thing is always nice
i think i'm gonna buy it....i got plans for this thing, and you guys' bikes are great inspiration!
i had fun working on my 'bob' and no doubt i'll have just as much fun with the springer
