Headlight Trim Ring loose fitting ?

Default Headlight ring
I put the french headlight ring on my Heritage and it rattled with a tinny sound. It was installed correctly and was the right part, just didn't fit tight. So I took some of that narrow foam sealing stuff like you put around window ac units and wrapped a layer around the headlight receiver, put the trim on and no more rattle.
