Uh, yes it has, check out search for 70900072, it brings you to a page that has all versions of that speedo/tach for the 11's and also for the earlier bikes:

If any one has a standard/stock speedo for a 2010 Fatbob , they want to sell(mileage doesnt matter) i am looking for one, would be grateful to find one , as i dont wont to go to the combo unit, and mines broke

I just installed one of these in a 2008 Road King. The mileage transfer and install couldnt have been easier. It looks cool too.

I have a 2010 Fatboy and really want to replace the speedo with the new model that has the small analog tach on the side (#74774-11). The book says it only works on the 2011 models. Does anyone know why? I can deal with mechanical fit issues but was wondering if there is something on the electrical side that will cause it not to work. I did hear the 11 have a whole new electrical system.
