Does your oil cap have some of that on it too. Seen many threads about condensation issues with cold weather bikes that dot get to run long enough to boil off the exess condensation in the system. Just a thought.

That is normal for a mixture of water and oil. The breather on my show car gets like that too. Too many short trips in the warm and moist air will do that. Clean it up and next time you take it apart make sure you just took a nice long ride. It will be much better.

OK, A little update. I scoot 4 miles to work and back and I do not have this. If I were you I would check the oil on your scoot and make sure the oil is not foaming in the cases ( did you add an additive?). Second I would think about how you Wash the bike and see if it is you adding water to the mix. Not trying to put your technicue down but something is not right! Is this why you had to replace a gasket in the first place? Mine does not look like this at all but I will guarantee you it is water and moisture mixing together. Let your ride heat up to full temp before hopping on her then ride her like the PIG she is........

When I originally Installed the RSD intake I never used the throttle body gasket and others suggested that I definatly should have so hence I removed the intake to install that gasket....my oil looks perfectly fine.
