Fire, we are waiting on a update. Especially the streamline internal throttle modification.

Thanks Paul

Ok I'm just getting impatient. I all ready talk about with my dealer about your modification. And he was telling about the length of the throttle side, that the normal grip wouldn't get in touch anymore with the switch housing.

Fire, where did you order them. Are they longer?

So much work for such a simple look, but well worth it. I think when I swap over to apes i'm definitely going to try this mod.

Wow! Great stuff! I assume you are all done now? I'm about to do my bars/controls so you really got me thinking. Mine will be 1.25 and I have TBW. You used reduced size cables/lines? If so what size and what pros/cons are associated with that? I assume since you had that extra internal bar that hiding everything is just as realistic on 1.25 bars?

Did you go hydraulic on clutch? If not I assume you considered it and can explain your decision?

I'm reviving this thread as i want to do the grip ace switch pad on the left grip and eliminate both of my switch housings in the process. I am thinking about the Exile internal throttle but I have to find out about this chopping 4" off the bars bit. I guess I really don't understand how an internal throttle works and why you would have to chop off 4" of bar.

I will keep the Magnum brake line I have but have to squirrel some funds away to get all the parts. Every time I think I know what I need I realize there are more parts! So, Grip Ace, new grips (not sure which ones yet), Exile internal throttle, I guess maybe a cable that has the adjuster on the other end. What else am I missing? This is must with the foot clutch as there is no cable on the left side already...
