belt dilemma
here's the situation...
i've got a 150 metz i'm putting on an 18 inch wheel.... but, it's too wide against the 1 1/2 belt because the bike is a 1991....
so i gotta change the belt and pulley, which is fine.... someone here on the forums came through with a 1 1/8 pulley, which is what i'd have to use anyway next to boring out the 1 1/2 pulley to fit the 2000 hub
anyway.... belt is 132 teeth, and it looks like the closest Gates replacement is 135 teeth
will this be too long?
Dayco/Panther makes a 1 1/8 132 teeth belt, but not sure about the brand ... i've always known Gates to be a superior belt
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
