Thinking about getting the Burnout cycles lowering kit and was wondering about the ride. Does it change the ride very much. I know it will be stiffer, maybe bottoming out, and turn radius smaller, but what else should I be concerned with.
I would think you won't be too happy 2-up. My girl didn't like it with the progressives that were 2" down, now I have shotguns they are the 'chit. If I was to do it again I'd save my $ and just go with Shotguns when I could afford them. JMO

He's not asking whether lowering will be good for 2-up. He's asking whether riding a bike lowered 2" is comparable to the ride and feel of the bike when riding 2-up.
sounds like it but i'm about $1,500 short, so i'm going with a lowering kit
i know what you mean bro took me a lil to save up for it but no bullshit aside bro i would just save my cash and get the shotgun. Warranty is killer and its a solid product when i was at the shop on saturday he explained why and how he built everything
I got the low budget system. Not interested in a $17hundo suspension system.
I leave mine as low as pos. Approx 2 inches. I would say it is about the same as 2 up stock riding. Until you hit a good bump. But brother if you are like me and would sacrifice a little comfort for looks you will love the investment. Cheap and looks great.

Thanks, that's what I needed to hear.
Are they easily adjusted?
Could I just use a wrench and adjust it on the stand or would I need a lift to adjust the height?
No bro. Easy! Well 10 min. Easy. I adjust mine everytime the lady wants to ride.
Throw her on the stand. (you will need a couple of 2x4's to ride the rear wheel up on, to fit the jack under after you have lowered). A couple of open ends and you are adjusted. Drop the bike down and ride.
