all i can really find is a duck tail one on e-bay ? is that my only option ? You would think another bike's front fender would work . Hell I put on a fat boy rear and it bolted right up.

Check Dennis Kirk, When I changed to the 120 front they had several that fit.

Can I put a wider tire on the OEM 21 wheel? I would have to fill the 6.5 front fender a tad more ?

The wide 21" tire is the 120/70-21 compaired to your 90/90-21. I know some have put it on their OEM rim and had no problems. Metzler says you need at least a 3" rim and your OEM is only 2.15".
I would not recommend using your OEM rim, the way I see it is if your front wheel goes, your done so better safe than sorry.
Jireh cycles has some cool rims for less than $350 that would be wide enough.

If you're interested I have some pics of the 120 on my Nightrain on photobucket:

I dont mind keeping the same rim and tire , just wondered if the klockworks fender would look funny on a standard with a MH90 . The fender is 6.5 wide .

90/90's look small on a 6.5 wide fender. You should be able to get a rim for a 100 or less.take it apart and relace it yourself, not that hard. Another 100 or so to true and balance.
