I just did this 2 weeks ago , first HD I have ever owned , No manual just time . Took me 5 hrs from start to finish and that also was a rear fender install .

Looks **** man .. keep up the good work

Time for some more pics.

Got my bars today.

Stock Heritage bars and new 16" Wild One Chubbys:


All wired up:


My chicken scratch diagram for the connectors:


Connectors put back together:


That is it for now. Can't install the bars since they don't fit with the stock Heritage risers and clamp. More shopping.


Like I said, this is the first time I have done this, it may not be perfect and there might be easier/better ways to do this but I think its coming along.

If anyone has ideas for risers and a clamp that will fit these bars let me know.

Awesome bars man. The chubbies were my second choice, I went with Burly because of the price difference. Excited to see the finished product. Glad to see your wiring was done quicker than mine...what a fiasco it was.
