Chazmanian's bars?

Gidday from Down under, am new to forum sites, but am keen to have a lash as u blokes are obviously switched on with your bikes. Have an 09 night train (2nd Harley) have seen the light after years of jappers. Have done some mods, lookin to change bars to narrow beach or similar, rang Harley for prices then picked myself up off the floor. I spotted flat track / beach style bars on bike of Chazmanian, am wondering if anyone can tell me name of them,where to find and what mods are needed to fit them?
