I also have a quick detach system for my fatboy. I can take on and off my sissybar, and hardbags in a matter of minutes without tools. I am using the EZ Brackets (which aren't as clean on the bike, but serve the purpose perfectly). I also have a Q/D windshield that goes on. I can virtually go from dresser to bobber in minutes. The hardbags are wired with run/turn/brake lights since I am running a rear clean fender that has no lighting...
Page 233 of the 2010 Harley Catalogue lists p/n 53930-03 as the docking hardware and p/n 53075-03 as the recpticle part for the bags. These parts are listed for 2003 and later FLSTFB with detach sideplates and hard bags. I'm not sure if this is your configuration or not but you can download the catalogue in pdf from the Harley site if you don't have one.

I have the same setup on my 09 Fatty. I have the backrest and the removable bags. The system works great. I once saw some magnetic caps that cover the docking hardware when the bags and backrest are off but for the life of me can't remember where I saw them. Anybody seen these covers?
