Looking good agapsdiver. Fellow longhorn alum. What did you end up spending on the fairings? And did you go with the cyclevisions bracket or klockwerks?
So i have been thinking about adding a road glide fairing to my 08 deluxe, crimson red Sunglo.......Does anyone think this would look good before i start buying stuff? I need honest oppinions.
OK, you asked. I think it would look HORRIBLE!!!
I happen to think the Deluxe is probably the most beautiful motorcycle in the current Harley Davidson lineup. The Road Glide is just hideous!!! Yeah, its a very nice bike for true riders, but man its ugly. And what makes it ugly is that awful fairing. To ruin the looks of a Deluxe with that sharknose should be a felony. Seriously, wouldn't a full sized tombstone shield be enough??? Now, that is only this old guys humble opinion, but you wanted honesty.

I'm going with Cyclevisions...after mocking up found that I had an FL version bracket ..had to send it back and wait 'til they complete their FX version.
