Alright guys, I have a little change in my pocket and was looking at doing something to the scoot. two things I would like to do is change out bars and put in internal throttle. My budget is about 5 bills, I will do all the labor.. Any other suggestions are welcomed. Two things that Im currently working on is a custom sissy bar and passenger seat.. I would like suggestions on what bars would look good on my bike. thanks guys..
I kind of like exposed cables and wiring. It just seems natural to me, since all the old Harleys, or any other bikes I've had, had them exposed. Same reason I don't like plastic side covers on a bike. The more you try to cover up stuff, the more it looks fake. I realize I am different than most. Just my 2 cents.
My only problem with an internal throttle is what you have to do if and when your cables break. It looks very clean, but it's nor for me. My bike is sloppy, kinda like me.
Bro your bike is ****. One of the few rockers I actually dig. The bars looks good too. Do the little **** now that not many look at, but the **** ones (like most of us) do. Brake and Shift foot levers, derby/points covers, covers for the motor/tranny etc. Your bike looks pretty "done" in the looks department.
Internal throttle on a Rocker looks cool, I'm doing the same thing on mine this winter.
HD saw your pics it looks bad azz

DrawDown, thanks bro. I want to do the little thinkgs however its the bars that are getting to me. They flow I just want them a little higher, they are to low for me and from the front it looks like I have no bars, just a bike sitting there with no hat on. I'm not sure what direction to go. I dont want to spend money on bars and not be satisfied.. Anyone out there savy with photo chopping that can give me ideas it would greatly be appreciated. thanks
