Well I finally got around to ordering this kit. For anyone wanting an affordable way to lower their bike, this is the way to go. Took me about 45 minutes and the results are great.

Don't shoot me for not knowing, but what is the advantage to lowering a bike? I never understood that. Is there something I'm missing?

Its all about the look. In most cases they never ride as soft since you will loose some suspension travel.

I am about to lower my Heritage but not for looks,my wife needs it to be just a bit lower so she can control the bike better when stopped of backing up. Still researching info so I can get the right kit.
