Spring seat mounts
I've been going back & forth on whether I want a spring seat or just a regular solo seat for my 99 Fatboy. I'm leaning towards a spring seat, but I'm confused, (& it don't take much), as to how the front bracket on a spring seat would attach to the front seat tab on my bike. If someone could show me a pic, I'd really appreciate it.

Hey man,
They mostly do not, they either 'weld up' or attach to a kit cover.
I have the kit cover style , you get even more kits for 99 softail compared to the 2000+.

Musicnbike has one on his Fat Boy and he got it from Rquirch, which also has a fat boy. look either one of them up or PM them and they can help you.

These suspension seats ride nice and have nice a bolt on/off bracket.
