My wife wears contacts and she had the same problem, so she bought the shades with the foam padding in the inside and looks good. Also my night glasses have that foam in the inside rim also and works great. Got mine from HD, but you can gettem lotsa places.
There is one better solution. If you can get Lasik. It is a miracle of medicene. Prior to that, I was always having problem with wind, dust etc. Now it is no problem what so ever with just a pair of sunglasses.
