PCV Score!!
neither actually.
There is a local yard sale website similar to craigslist for the Camp Lejeune area. I don't live there anymore but cruise thru the site just to see whats up. I have bought a lot of stuff off the site....and sold a lot of stuff.
Since its all military families that post there, you can typically get stuff cheap. Usually, people get orders or are PCSing, PCAing....what have you and they have to get rid of stuff. Everything from furniture to vehicles to household items. Hell I sold 2 cars on that site.
So I am looking for Harley parts or exhausts and saw the ad for the PCV. Contact the guy and he told me he had been trying to sell the PCV for over a year now. Started his asking price over $200 and slowly dropped it until I saw it. He got rid of the bike before he ever got the chance to put it on.
I called in a favor to a buddy of mine that has a bike. He rode over, picked it up from the guy, checked it out, and shipped it to me.
Works for me. Now I just need the money for everything else.

Not really, as the PC-V is still $200 dollars cheaper than is the PV... and it still works great... Mine still does what it was supposed to, and I have another year left of warranty from F/M, maybe by then that will give the Dynojet folks time to iron out any kinks in the PV and the price may come down by then too.
BTW what do you have for a tuner Mike NY?
