Default Crossbones frt fender change HELP!!!

OK guys, I've got an FLSTS/I front fender. The axle (91116-97) is totally wrong. Need 3/4" X like 14" or so. Any help would accepted.

The correct number for the front axle is 41116-97 and that one is 3/4" and about 13 inches long.

Don't know if that helps you or not.

what axle spacer you using on the right side..? the one used on the heritage and classic wont work without removing the bushing from the front rocker..i DO NOT suggest you do this as some have .the old system is inferior the crossbones was upgraded as the front enmd would be all but dead almost rigid feeling our xbones ride like a caddy so i suggest as coyote will probably agree cut the chrome arm off the spacer the bones uses be careful smooth it off paint it and put the cut side down..
a lot of guys who did this mod didnt actually do the work rather they took it to a dealer or indy to do ..if they did the work they would know about this and have said something in thier threads ive read nothing..
i did the conversion myself and highly recomend doing this
heres a pic of the rocker with the bushing sticking out that the heritage and classic dont have

heres the difference between them

heres mine after it came out of my oven
