Some Mod Input, Please

I was concerned about the way it flares out, but I think it's going to look pretty sick, slammed. Member, HarleyHeaven, has the same basic shape to his fender on a slammed rear and I really like the look:

Like his, my fender will also rock a smooth top - no license plate or tail light. I'll be integrating the tail light into my turn signals and doing a side mounted plate.
Aside from that, I have these wheels:

And this seat ready to go on:

I also have some 18" apes from HCC waiting to go on. The bars are chrome, but the look I'm going for is to basically black out (gloss, not flat) everything except the motor (for emphasis) and perhaps the pipes. How do you folks here think that will look?
Should I black out the bars?
Oil tank?
How about the struts?
Should I black out the drive belt pulley completely or leave the edge unpainted to match the wheels?
Opinions, input and further suggestions all welcome!
Side note:
I am going to put my black V&H BRs (see sig pic) back on for the time being, but I'm still undecided as to what exhaust I ultimately want to rock on this project. I'll ask for opinions on exhaust again, once I have all the above mods done and pics to show.
I would stay with the chrome bars, struts and oil tank for now. The wheels you are going to get have chrome on them and I think it will all flow nicely. The black in your wheels will flow with your paint.
If you don't like it, then take it all off and go black. Be careful, because you can go to far black and your bike will have a confusing theme. I really think with the chrome apes and those wheels your gonna like what you got bro. have you felt 18's, they are up there. I saw my buds new 16's the other day and damn they are tall.
Good luck with your project. I can't wait to see how it turns out.
Then having to be real careful not to scratch, ding or dent anything while putting it back together.
