I was running a TTS Master tune( one bike) on my dyna and had my 96 pulling hard and sounding great,,,,But the 2004 softy doest have o2 sensors so i cant do any vtunes runs,,,So i guessing i can only flash a canned map,,,,what would be the route to go,,,,screaming eagle so i can do a dyno or trust the map flash?

Power Commander with a dynoed custom map.

But call Jamie at Fuel Moto first. He can set you up with a map based on your current mods that will be pretty close

You can add 02's and change out the ECM on the 04 to an 05 or 06 ecm then use vtune. Or find a tuner that is familiar with TTS and have them dyno tune it. Or find a map - cheapest and easiest rout obviously. Sounds like you are experienced with vtune so if the canned map does not work out I would research the 02's and ecm. No need to buy another system imo.

If your bike is stage 1 and the map source is legitimate, ie TTS, and mapped for your bikes setup it should work fine.

I used a TTS Mastertune on my 2004 Fatboy. The tuner removed my pipes welded in some O2 sensor bungs. He added his own wide ban sensors, put the bike on the dyno, built the custom map and then removed his wide ban O2 sensors and capped the bung holes. The bike runs awesome. It cost about $200 to get the pipes modified.
