Here's my experience with seats over the last 18 months on my Night Train:
Badlander sucks for any type of riding over 100 miles and it's HD stock.
Danny Gray Butt Crack, sets you in the bike but killed my lower back after every ride. I think it made me lean to far forward.
Mustang Vintage Solo (14"), to wide under my legs and made me ride bowlegged which put a lot of strain on my hips.
Now I have the Mustang Tripper Solo and it seems to be well padded and not to wide but I haven't gone any long distances yet to know how it will work out.
All seats but the tripper are available and will fit a newer softail with the 200 tire.
