An engine guard would have protected my leg from the **** that cut me off years ago.. Instead I was on crutches for 3 weeks.....

In another moment of bravado, it protected my engine, tank and all other parts when I was coming into the shed too fast and locked up my front tire in the slick springtime mud. The bike fell over.. guard got bent, but everything was saved..

I'd get the guard over the windshield....

After you install them you can do what I did and wrap them in leather. The chicks dig it!

I would say do the crash bar first, the windshield won't protect in case of a fall. IMO

Crash bars first. They fill out the front end nicely, and make a nice place to hang some pegs for the streched out need on the highway. Just keep toothpicks handy until you get your windshield

i totally agree with Drew here, as mine DEFINITELY kept my leg from getting mangled/amputated by the stupid bitch that was talking on her cell

Would if I could afford it. Why are they so expensive for just a couple of pieces of chrome tubing?
