I changed my rocker boxes they went on fine.I just checked and noticed the back rod on the front head was bent. What the hell happened never tried to start the bike.
When you took it apart... did you unload the lifters? There is a section on how to do that in the manual. It sounds to me like you didn't unload the lifters.
