I believe you all are right about the bordism! I also believe that I can go to far if I'm not careful and that's why I posted this so that you all can keep me in check.
So with that said the RED and BLUE is OUT.
I think I'm going to leave it alone until I can afford the wheels I want to put on next year.
These are what I want!!!!
What do you guys think about painting my existing aluminium ring on my wheels matte black and put a red pin stripe like shown in the picture above, until I can afford these? (like some have suggested)
Or should I just sit tight and mod my bagger for awhile?
Now see those are crazy good looking wheels and would take your scoot to the next level.Classy ,mean looking, not over the top perfect for you ride IMO.Sometimes we have to resist the urge to change and wait for what we really want. You have got a great vision for you ride and it shows .Stay on track brotha.
Tough call there. You are getting the same response I got with my ideas. It's your bike. I say do what you want. I like the first pic, but you need whitewalls to really pull it off. Old School to the max.
Ok, I've decided what I'm going to do, and sitting tight isn't it! I'm going to start on my wheels tomorrow and I will post the pictures when I'm done.
I'm not going to say what I'm doing, but "I can tell you that I'm taking all of the advise given to me and implementing it".
I decided to do this knowing if it doesen't come out right, that I'll be getting new wheels as posted above later anyways.
It will take me about a week to 10 days to do, because I do have a job (that's right, I have a job lol) and will be doing this in the evenings and the weekend.
P.S. Drew I know I'm a big fan of HDW, but I will get a quote from you on the wheels if RW can match the style/color I posted with the 50 fat spoke and see which is the better deal.
