Well, if your at 23.75 in Large, then maybe my 23.5" noggin will fit the medium?
I wouldn't at only a quarter inch... it's comfy, but nice and snug.. medium might be too tight and not the right size at all... (it's so Un-Mushroom like that you can get the actual size or larger and not worry about turning into the Great Gazoo.) your measurement should be a Large with Licks... It should fit you perfect in that size.
I got my outlaw ax-30030 carbon matte because it was the only DOT half helmet that didn't look shroomy, so I ordered a second in case something happened to the first one. It came, I opened the box and find this... the helmet's bigger and the liner is more than an inch thick, I've GOT 2 like this... Def sending it back!!!
I got my helmet yesterday and was pretty pissed off it wasn't as low profile as everyone said. I bought the helmet after I saw your pics. I'm glad you could confirm they actually changed it. Leatherup better eat the return shipping because they never informed anyone the helmet was redesigned

I got one of those too.... I was wondering why it looked so different on his head then it did mine also... now I know why.
Shes awesome and will take great care of you! Rockhard sells their helmets through O'neal motorsports!! I think their closed today though! You have to go through o'neal because no one else has any Rockhards unless their odd sizes & colors!! This shippment just came in Thursday I was told!
Ahh, ok. I placed an order Thursday through O'Neals website.. so we'll see. I ordered the matte small rockhard already. I just haven't had an updated on it, so I was wondering. I'll give em a call tomorrow. THanks.

Seems like some are receiving the original ultra low profile ones and some are getting the ones with the bigger shell and liners. I got a medium and a large that had the bigger shell and liner. Either that or the people that are claiming they just received the low profile one can't really notice the difference.
My medium outlaw ax30030 measured 8.75" wide and 10.75" long. I believe the old ones were 8.25"x10.25"
So did outlaw change the low profile design? Had a few buddies order some after seeing mine and they are bigger in every way. What has leather up said to you guys?
Me and my buddy have always questioned the validity of the DOT certification on the original Ultra low pro carbon Outlaw Helmet.I feel a ACC saga coming on.
Does anyone else think we should take all the stuff learned from this thread and start another one so we don't have to look through 69 pages in order to find out that Joe King helmets are expensive and everyone loves their Rockhard/Ultra Low?

Have thought the same thing. Much better protection then my novelty so it will remain the go to helmet.
