ADVICE PLEASE. IM LOOKING TO BUY THE SMALLEST, LOW PROFILE ,HALF HELMET BUT AT THE SAME TIME DOT APPROVED. I FOUND THIS HELMET THAT ACTUALLY SHOWS A PIC OF THE INSIDE PADDING http://www.leatherup.com/p/Outlaw-He...et/147783.html

HCI 100. About as low-profile as you can get and very comfortable.

It is the same thing, and they will make your head look like a mushroom anyway.

I have the low pro style and a novelty/ non dot and not much difference in looks

What about licks novdot? Haven't seen one in person but it is suppose to be he lowest.

id go with a 3/4 not a half.....wind tends to choke a guy with a half...unless you have a windshield of course

I have a Skid Lid DOT and a Ridex RX100C DOT... I don't think you can beat either of those.....

A guy I used to ride with wore a relatively realistic novelty helmet and printed out a DOT sticker and slapped it on the back.
