Default Cycle Vision Saddlebag Hardware

I am going to make my saddlebags detechable on my 2008 Crossbones. I was wondering if anyone has used the kit from Cycle Vision and what your thoughts might be.
Thanks,
Don

I've got one for my Heritage, its a nice kit. Slightly harder to take the bags off than Easy Brackets, but less space between bag and fender.

I have the bagger tail too. It takes ]about 20 minutes to put on and take off. It is not designed to be a quick detach unit but will come off pretty easily. Once you get full size bags, you won't want to take them off. LOL. I have not even thought about taking my bags off since converting. You can get it here.

How much of the bracket is visible? Trying to decide between the more expensive chrome and black?
I guess I should go chrome with new wheels, rotor and pulley to show off back there

There is quite a bit of the bracket that is visible on a softail. You can see it in front of the bottom portion of the bags, and in the back by the fender as well as between the fender and the bags. I'll find some pics. I got black as I think it blends in nicely with a black bike.

I have them on my Springer bags. On and off in less than 10 sec. That's the bad thing as well. I wouldn't want to leave the bike sit out somewhere overnight w/o taking the bags in.

I just got these for my new springer bags. If you go to page 2 of the softail forums you can see my post "springer softail bags". There are pics at the bottom, but only with bags on. Looks very clean with the bags off.

I am happy with these.
