Check if there is a fracture/flaw in the line itself or a flaw in the housing.

I'll take it apart in the morning as its night here in OZ & check the housing & line. The housing is aftermarket so there may be a problem with it.This is the second time in 6 months its happened so I'm not gaim to take this bike on a long ride. Will let you know if i find anything.I'm thinking i might have to use a custom housing with braided screw in lines, any suggestions.

I'd loose the hard lines. When hard lines are used alignment has to be spot on. What you might try if no defects are found is loosen the housing mount so it's not rigid to frame before tightening the lines. That will allow the housind and lines to seat and align without the added stress. Then retighten the housing.

Nice ride BOBBEREVO88,I checked the oil level & it could be on the low side,I'm thinking V-Twins might be on to something with the alignment of the hardline.

Back again, just been up in the hill for quick squirt so far no leak.I bent the hardline a smidge so the mount wasn't pulling down on it & replaced the rubber line to the tank as i thought it was a bit tight,so far all good. Thanks for your help & stay safe.Gary Perth Western Australia.
