Default LED turn signals not working

I installed new rear LED turn signals on my 2003 FLSTSI. At first they would blink normally 3 or 4 times, than really fast. After a couple rides they stopped working at all. The stock front ones continue to work fine. I've since installed a load equilizer (Badlander) and still nothing. Thinking I may have cooked them, I spliced in a new one (LED turn signal) to be sure, and still nothing. I was told, even without the load equilizer, the lights should remain in tact only would not function properly.

Any suggestions?
Thanks

Switch the polarity. LED's are polarity sensitive.

Follow the instructions that came with the Badlander on resetting the OEM module.
