Im gathering opinions. Im doing the ape hangers soon and know most of what im doing. opinions on good quality controls. i know Harley and Performance Machine has good controls. any other opinions? Also, looking for someone to make me a custom sissy bar. Has anyone come across a super fabricator. Looking for some type of skull or flame pattern but want to keep my king and queens seat. so, the sissy bar has to look good, be unique but, also functional and bolt into my current setup.
dansax, ive seen twisted steel. they are very cool. i have a king and a queen seat though and his stuff seems to slide into holes. am i right. i want something that connects right to the fender struts like the one i have and bolts into the seat. i want it functional so someone can sit behind me. how does yours look
Check out Twisted Steel. He made me a custom one for my Lo.
I emailed him 3 times since May. He first said he was taking a break on Facebook but still hasn't even sent a reply. Anyone else know of anybody that's reliable that can fab up a sissy bar?
Exile makes some pretty trick grips with integrated switches, internal throttle and clutch, and also has a system (not on website though) that combines front and rear brake on the pedal. It's pretty pricey, but real slick!
