Default Speedo reading low
Hi, Just got the first ride in after 4 months in storage and the speedo is reading about half of what it should.

It was working fine last time i rode it.

Any thoughts?

check for a loose wire somewhere, or one of those do-dads that plug into the tranny or whatnot and soforth.

Maybe the speedo sensor or VSS.

I had a bike do this too. But it wasn't a Harley.

I'd take it in or check the speed sensor. Maybe corrosion could cause the issue.
