Im curious what my bike is worth because where i live i see lots of older harleys with ALOT of miles on them and pretty much stock for much more than i paid for mine, mine is a
2007 denim black night train-3100 miles
bassani pro streets (black)

harley oil cooler
tri-bar tail light/side mount plate bracket
and a bunch of other little add ons like skull gas cap and gauge etc...
It's worth what you can sell it for on any given day..... And that figure is probably less than you would think. Right now there is a glut of used bikes in the marketplace and dealers have been lowering the prices on new bikes... this all contributes to reducing the sales price of a used bike. Also, unless you chance upon a rider with a passion for a bike that is modified exactly as you have modified yours, the $$$ spent on the mods is only of value to you.
Others may be of different opinion but the "goodies" don"t necessarily add value come resale time. I have an 08 Train with some of the things you mention and I paid 15K for it last year - in Canada. It all depends on the used bike market - I'd venture a guess and say you might get between 11-13K - there are many used bikes out there now...
i dont really plan on selling it right now, i just see all these bikes for extremly high prices and they are selling, example-there was 05 fxst with pipes and st0ck AC with 30000 miles for 15000 i think, it didnt last long and was sold, i think that was really high for the amount of miles and lack of mods done to it, someone must have really wanted it.
if there's one thing i've learned it's that money invested is not money returned when it comes to bikes.. for example someone on this site asked about a fatboy that supposedly had "$73,000US" invested into it.. it didnt even look like a fatboy anymore and the consensus was that no one would really pay more than $20,000 for it..thats like a 200+% loss.. so yeah, basically if you were to sell it, ask a price that's average of what you're seeing (maybe a little bit higher if your miles are low) and hope for the best.

It's only worth what you can get for it. However, you can always check Kelly Blue Book (both cars and motorcycles) which also varies the value based on location.
In Aug 09 I paid $9500 for my '07 Night Train with 9800mi
It had Bassani Pro Street turn outs wrapped, PCIII usb, SE Stage 1, DNA 18" rear spoked w Avon, Wille G skull grips, pegs, shifter, brake, Heartland t/s mirrors and rear side mount for plate, HD fender luggage rack.
Unless the salesman at the dealership was lying, there's quite a demand for Night Trains and FXSTCs right now. Claims he could have doubled his sales on the weekend if they still made them... and of course, suggested I could get a pretty good trade-in on mine.
Right now used prices in Canada are unrealistic, often higher than MSRP. Just because they list high, doesn't mean they get it.
Canada Blue Book (CBBtrader.com) lists Blue Book motorcycle prices for Canada. That would be a starting point for figuring out what your Train is worth.
